We are available to take on a special assignment short or long term with an emphasis on being there and dealing with the issues so that they can get resolved.

As our business is growing, we are planning to open up an office in Zhuhai, in the very near future.

To us it’s all about a mutually beneficial long term relationship that can come about with a potential investor, partner or participation in a project.

To further that objective, we are gearing up to provide through a seminar format, an outline both in Chinese and English how a Chinese investor can participate with us in either an international or Chinese investment or business opportunity.

Our focus is strategic and not tactical.

We are planning for our first Seminar to take place in a 5 star hotel in Zhuhai, China in the next several months.

We are open to partnering with qualified professionals that can see the value that can come about from the opportunity to benefit from the additional deal flow as well as a potential source of EB-5 Investment into the US.

To complete the planning and presentation of the first seminar as well as cover the opening expenses and initial support, we are seeking a bridge loan of $75,000.00 US and can repay those funds within 180 days or upon closing of one of our offshore transactions whichever occurs first plus a cash on cash return of 25%.

If it is easier for you, we can accept funds in either RMB, Hong Kong Dollars, Euros or US Dollars.
